Please review the specific return policies below, as they differ depending on whether you purchased Cut Fabrics or Readymade Apparel (SPRY by Poshak).
1. Fabrics (Cut-to-Length)
Policy: Returns Limited to Damaged/Defective Items Only
As our fabrics are meticulously cut and sold from large bolts based on your specific requirements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind." Once a fabric is cut, it cannot be returned to inventory.

Eligibility: Returns are only accepted if the fabric received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong color/pattern sent).

Time Frame: You must report any damage or defect within 5 days of receiving your order. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

Condition: The fabric must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
2. SPRY by Poshak (Readymade Apparel)
Policy: 5-Day Return Window
We want you to love your look. For our readymade collection, SPRY by Poshak, we offer a more flexible return policy to ensure the perfect fit.

Eligibility: Readymade apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, etc.) can be returned for a refund or exchange.

Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be returned in original, sellable condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
