Shipping Methods

  1. Shiprocket Delivery Service
    For orders outside our local delivery areas, we use Shiprocket, a reliable courier partner, to deliver your fabrics. Shiprocket allows us to deliver to a wide range of locations across India. They are known for providing trackable and secure shipping solutions.

  2. Local Deliveries
    For customers located in nearby areas, we handle the delivery ourselves to ensure quick and personalized service. Local deliveries are done using our own vehicles or with trusted local couriers for fast, direct shipping.

Processing Time

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, we will process it within 1-2 business days.

  • Fabric Cutting and Packaging: If your order requires fabric cutting, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for us to cut and pack the fabric to your specifications.

  • Dispatch: After processing and packaging, your order will be dispatched. You’ll receive an email notification with tracking information (if applicable).

Shipping Time

  • Local Deliveries: For local deliveries within the same city or nearby regions, you can expect delivery within 2-5 business days.

  • National Deliveries (Shiprocket): For deliveries outside the local area, shipping times vary based on the destination and courier service. Typically, orders are delivered within 5-7 business days.

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We recommend checking the tracking details for the most accurate delivery time.

Shipping Costs

  • Local Deliveries: We provide free shipping for customers within our local delivery areas.

  • National Deliveries (Shiprocket): Shipping costs for deliveries outside the local area are calculated at checkout based on your location. The cost will depend on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number (for Shiprocket deliveries) so you can monitor the status of your order. You can use this number on the Shiprocket tracking page or through the courier partner’s website.

Packaging

All our fabrics are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in pristine condition. We use durable packaging materials to protect the fabric from any damage during transit.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Remote Areas: If your delivery address is in a remote or difficult-to-access location, there might be a slight delay or additional shipping charges.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.

Delivery Issues or Delays

Important Notes

  • Ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses.

  • If no one is available at the delivery address to receive the package, the courier may attempt a re-delivery or return the package to us. In such cases, please contact us to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery.
